MWRR Town 2016

Getting a little closer with the town.  The MTH buildings have their sidewalks chopped down to a reasonable size.  Basically have all the buildings; could probably fit one more but not necessary.  Need to finish the building next to the theater; fix sidewalks and alleys; dullcoate/brick two MTH buildings; hook up all the lights; and finish the people and cars...not to mention all the work on the backside of the buildings.
